Identify this slate tile

Found this in my garden after strong winds. Is it a roof slate?

As far as i can see it doesn't match up with anything on my roof or neighbours. Thought if it had come off a roof it would have shattered?

It may be made of slate but certainly not from a roof. Hard to tell the thickness but looks more like a place mat with the rubber feet on and may have been used as a plant pot stand.

I didn't think it was a roof slate, but can't understand how it ended up in my garden without breaking Cheers for the quick reply
