Our shower is failing to deliver adequate hot water. Installed in 2019.

I have been able to dismantle the shower controls.
The escutcheon plate is labelled "Technique (plus)

I have isolated the water feeds (thanks, previous installer) and have removed the thermostatic mixer.

I'll shortly soak it in descaling solution, though we're not in a particularly hard water area. Worth a try.

But, I am facing the prospect of replacing the mixer, and at this point, image search on the web becomes terrifying! There are so many, all 'the same', but all subtly different. Can anyone advise me on the best way to find a replacement?

I will call the only company that seems to supply technique stuff tomorrow, and they might be able to point me to the manufacturers

Many thanks
Rob
