Hi all, always been a reader of this site, but looking at a house we are thinking of buying has led me to post.

It's a great house, in a lovely area with great schools, but the extensions are a little.... well, DIY... (in my opinion).

Can you all do me a favor and have a look at the link? It shows plenty of photos. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jimer/sets/72157629918959209/

I'm in two minds, it's moved, it probably wont do any more. OR... It's moved, looks like its been repaired on the side before and will be a nightmare.

What do you all think?

Many thanks, this forum has saved me on my DIY adventures countless times!

It looks like even contraction due to poor bonding at the existing structure.

If so, it is not a problem and can just be mastic or mortar pointed

thanks for the reply. It is unlikely to separate any more?

Sorry for the repeat. Can't find delete post button?
