if you want to be my lover......

How old are you Sooey? I'm just past the half century by 5 years. Maybe we know each other or can do some name dropping in PM?
I was born in warwick street but we moved to Huyton when I was six. My cousin lived in dorrit street so we used to go down there every week. I don't remember that many from round there, but I remember battering some kid who was picking on our chris. He grew up to be a bit of a big time gangster I believe................errr, it wasn't you was it?

Nope not me mate. Always been a boring law abiding citizen. Let me throw a name out, if its allowed.
Robert Skupski. Went to school with him and sure he lived in Dorrit street.
I knew him late 60's early 70's.

Nope, can't say I know him, the one I was talking about was kevin molloy if I remember right.

Can't say I know the name. Now if you had said 'Ungi', he did turn out to be a big bad wolf but think he lived closer to Dingle Lane end.

I do prefer female vocals especally in rock music , a sort of sweet and sour kind of thing if you understand me, rather than a totally female group because to be honest if it's good guitar or drum work it's all but impossible to tell the difference anyway.
Female singers I like?
Amy Lee from evanesence
Sharon den Adel from within temptation
Skin from Skunk Anaasie
the girl from lucana coil has a gracking voice too
then moving away from rock we have Grace Slick, Alanis morissete, lucinda williams, Beth Orton , Tori Amos, P J Harvey and how about Louise Wenner from Sleeper?
But if I have to answer Diana's question to the letter maybe I could chuck in The Indigo Girls into the mix.
