IKO Armour Plan on flat-roof

Dear all

Just had a flat roof re - surfaced on the rear of my property but have some concerns. The contractor, who's very experienced, used something called "armour plan" on it and although it looks very nice, now that it has rained a little, I've noticed that small patches of water are not dissipating - surely this is not normal?

I've just googled the "armour plan" site & it appears to be a material more used on large structures not houses.

Anyhow, what you describe seems to be ponding which is not acceptable on a new roof covering.
The roofer should always consider the state of the roof framing/structure before giving a quote.

Why not post some photos of the roof with ponding and without if possible?
