IKON 23t Combi Boiler

Does anyone know where i can get a combustion cover for a Ikon 23t Combi Boiler.
this is the sealed galvanised cover with the viewing hole for the flame.
i have just arranged a boiler safety check and British gas informs me there is a 3mm drilled hole in the cover which should not be there and i will need a new boiler.
tried the boiler spares peole and its not a spare part.
