http://www.hmso.gov.uk/ and then type in your search. unvented will come under the building regs. if you put in water regulations, you'll have have to trawl through them, or you can try http://www.wras.co.uk/ and purchase the wras guide which has put it down in laymans terms. also has coloured pictures.
