That’s the whole point of being rich, isn’t it? I mean, nobody gets rich to become poorer. Many rich people started off poor and it wasn’t luck that made them rich.

Was this the partner you told us about that was on a decent chunk of taxpayers money when they got into the country as a mature student or was that another one I was thinking about?
I can certainly keep up with your previous bulls hit posts. Say, you never did explain why you are still posting on a forum that you said you were "done with" and had made your last post back in 2019. You ready to share yet?
Had a long walk yesterday, which took in a couple of cemeteries. Cemeteries are an occasional interest of mine, I can spend hours reading the gravestones. Locally speaking, most gravestones are from the 1800s onwards: ones from the 1700s are rare, and as for the 1600s I only know of a couple. One finds foreign names on gravestones, but this is rare also, and therefore I am amused at claims about immigrants building Britain and wonder where are these immigrant builders buried? I can think of three possibilities: 1. They are in unmarked graves 2. They went back to their own countries to die or 3. Immigrants did not build Britain.
