In between self levelling depth and screed

I need to Level a concrete floor in a room I have knocked through into up to 25-30mm which seems to be in between screed and levelling compound.

Any ideas ? could I build up with say 20mm plywood screwed to concrete and level over that ?

Could I build up with some form of insulation ?

The finished floor will be tiled
