Hi all - I need to increase water pressure on my boiler and I know I need to open one tap fully and then slowly open another but I'm not sure which is which o_O

Picture attached - am I right to think the top one I open first, fully, and then the one on the left I slowly adjust?

I makes no difference. There are two taps to ensure that if one fails (read: lets water past), the other will will prevent the pressure form rising too much.

The one on the right is the supply (15mm), the one on the left (22mm) looks like it has a non-return valve to prevent the central heating water from running in the mains water supply.

Doesnt matter which one you open first, but your filling loop is fitted the wrong way round the check valve should be on the cold water supply end, wont make any difference to you , just makes it easier to drain the boiler when working on it if installed correctly
