Indesit Cooker Problem

Without seeing it I cant tell you.
I think if you take the back off & have a proper look you may beable to tell.
If it is L2 then there will be wires going to the oven element.
I do think it should be covered in the install instructions.

I have now sorted the problem.
I basically took the thing apart - the back casing and the hob and checked every single connection there was.
It turns out that there are 2 small wires that are connected to the back of the temperature dial - and these were not connected at all.
I connected them and hey presto - a working cooker.
Indesit are a con £34.99 to plug in 2 wires - there was no mention of this in the book, i dont know if a proper electrician would have known to look for this, but i certainly didnt!!!
