Indesit cooker

I have a indesit electric cooker kd3ci s/n 904222232 I had the oven cleaned professionally since then every time I use oven it burns food I contacted company who cleaned oven and he said could be thermostat.

Can cleaning oven cause this?

You will need to get an appliance engineer or electrician to establish what the fault is before you can find out if the cleaning company caused the problem. No one can advise you on a forum I'm afraid, it would all be guess work.

When you use the oven, does the thermostat cycle, even if it does they may have moved it this will effect the temperature.
