Hi All

Found a few similar problems on the forum but not quite like mine.

Empties machine after it tripped (manual hang outlet pipe into the drain) and then restarted the machine, it fills for a few seconds then trips the RCD.

Now, computers I can do but dishwashers is a bit of a mystery to me.

Any ideas, the missus is already complaining about the manual labour :)

Cheers

Les

Thats what I am thinking but I don't have a multimeter to see if its gone dead short. Having said that, I pulled the power from the element and its still popping. Could it be a problem with the thermal limiter?

Have you removed the wires on the heater does it still pop. If yes try circulation pump. Disconnect that and try.

Under the base , it's a big round pump with a coiled spring on the end.

Okay, I have had to put things back for today but will take a look tomorrow and get back to you
