indesit w101 repair

Hi
I have an indesit w101 that is banging when it spins.The inner drum can be lifted by hand so I suppose that the bearing has gone. My problems are:
How do you remove the front of the outer drum and when undoing the screw at the back the screw opened about 1/2 turn and stopped.Can anyone help please?
