Indesit W123 - replacing door

I have replaced the broken handle on my Indesit W123, however when I have tried to screw the door back on there is nothing to screw into. The nuts or clips must have slipped off and fallen behind the seal! Can someone tell me how I can retrieve these please...in detailed yet basic steps!....with pictures is possible!! Thanks.
