Indesit WD12X dial goess round with five flashes

indesit wd12x washer dryer keeps stopping rinse cycle with dial turning and five flashes on the LED.

Does anyone have details on what this might be.

Tried to get filter cover off from lower front of the machine but it seems to be jammed - any ideas on unjamming it?
