Indesit WE16 wash machine dead

Hi Indesit WE16, six years old working perfectly yesterday, completed cycle fine but today when putting in a new load it's stone dead, checked fuse, ok, checked power inside machine as cable enters, ok, on/off switch is fine, checked for obvious loose connections on boards, all ok but still nothing on the display. I dont have a manual so not sure where to start. Any advice appreciated

check power down to the pcb at the rear of mc .

i'm assuming we're looking at the three wires going into the bottom of the pcb? there's two blue and one brown attached by a plug to the board, I've pulled the plug and measured, there's nothing between the brown and either blue but there's 215volts across the blues!

pcb has gone check on the back for burnt tracks.
