Indesit Widl126 warning lights (all of them)

Hi, this is my mothers machine
She said she turned it on and all the lights flash
They flash until you turn it off
I've unplugged it and left it for a while
Plugged back in and it's just the same.

Not had chance to check any connections on pcbs etc
Just looking for ideas

C17 cap on pcb faulty. Cost penny's

Thanks for your reply, is this an easy fix
I've not had it in bits yet
And I'm on my phone using hospital wifi
Easily fixable I assume?

Trip to maplins. And a soldering iron.

update:
i have it in bits and the whole board is smoked and black looking the c17 cap is looking a little corroded but it around the d2 e1 d3 area its all black on the reverse side

The board part no from what i can gather is
EDT 0118.9
best place to get one?
google aint really helping
