hi please can anybody help my washer dryer wont work at all. the cycle starts but within 30 seconds it stops and the lock light goes off and then flashes the moter sounds like its trying to move but is stuck. im at my witts end can anybody help the washer is only 3 months old thanks

Page 13 of the manual says to turn it off and unplug it for at least 40 seconds.
Then plug it back in and switch it back on.. if it's still flashing then it's FUBAR.. call in a repair guy..[/quote]
