indesit widxl102 led flashes and does nothing

hi please help my washer dryer wont fill empty or spinits 3 months old the cycle starts but within 3 seconds stops the lock light goes off and the moter sounds like its trying to turn but cant the lock light flashes and thats it help im at my witts end

Page 13 of the manual says to unplug it for 40 seconds..
if it still flashes when plugged back in, it's FUBAR, call a repair technician..

thanks for getting back yeah ive just chesked that and its ok the lock led will not come on at all at the start of the cycle dont know if that means anything to you

check the door handle there is a silver bar that slides down though the lock make sure it goes from top to bottom.

yeah just done that and nothing the wash cycle choosen light is on and thats it its doing nothing and after about 5 mins all the lights flash

its fubar what do you mean by fubar
