Big 900 x 600 slab has a very annoying thicker corner which means that it’s not sitting level with the slabs around it, it’s about 6mm higher and very annoying. I am re-laying the customers existing slabs so we have no others.

I have bed it on mortar now but it’s obviously higher than the others

How do professionals deal with this situation?

Cheers

Not lay it and use for cuts.
If that's all you have there is not much you can do unless you want to try and chip it away, but that's not really possible.
If you grind it back it will show.

To resolve you need to replace it
