Waste from the sewage outlet (bottom right) is sitting on the left hand benching. It is a significant problem and accumulates there until washed away with a watering can! Appreciate it’s due to the angle and height of the outlet.
Any ideas for solutions, apart from having the whole chamber replaced?

Doesn't seem like a problem imo unless it's causing a blockage. Should get washed away with other waste water running. Any reason why you've inspected it?
