Hi All

Two simple questions, tile floor first or instal pan first and tile around? Its in a wet room.

I have fitted new pop up sink, with the pop up screw adjusted fully in and therefore not restricted on closure. water gets passed the seal, all is brand new, and there are no bits of whatever stuck to the rim of the sink trap or pop up to stop the pop up seating properly. How do I fix it?

tile it first.

if the pop up waste is sitting fully down in the waste then the seal must be bypassing.
some are good some are rubbish depending what you paid.
personally pop up wastes are c**p full stop.
