Hi,
I don't really know much at all about plumbing and stuff, but I'm looking at installing a shower over the bath (rather than a separate cubicle shower). I'm just not sure if I can do this as I don't have a water tank. A lot of the things I've been looking at to see what sort of shower I'd need say that they all work of water tanks (or I've just not understood them properly).
As I understand it, my cold water is mains fed and the hot water is just passed up through the boiler and back around from there. Could I install a shower with this setup? If so, what sort of shower would I need (power shower, electric shower etc.)?
Also, the water pressure throughout the whole house is pretty poor. Would this stop me from installing a shower if I could? Somebody has suggested I get a pump, but I wouldn't know what sort of pump I'd need and where and how to install it...
Sorry if the question is a bit all over the place. If more details are needed, please ask.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice,
PhilHalf
