I'm wanting to install an electric towel heater (not connected to central heating) which will work from an element to be fitted in the bottom of the towel rail. I'm intending on taking the flex through the wall to the kitchen to a single socket which is itself being replaced with an RCD single socket (as the fuse board has no RCD protection).
Is this work notifiable or considered as a minor work ?
