As said, depending on formation quality (thats the subsoil beneath the existing) you would not nessesarily need any hardcore just a 1200 gauge visqueen, 100mm 70KPA insulation, 500 gauge visqueen barrier and then Liquid screed on top...this will be installed to a dead flat level good for any floor finish.
