installing new dimmer switch

I am installing a 2 gang 1 way dimmer on a new circiut. Each gang has 3 points, L1 L2 and ~^. I have 4 cables all red, black and earth. 2 are live feed in then goes to next socket to feed outside lights, 1 is to spots and 1 is to wall downlights. Can you tell me which cable goes where on the dimmer swich. I need a live neutral and earth for the wall and spot light connections. Thanks for your help Rick.
