Installing toilet into garage

Hi
Is it possible to install a toilet into my garage (used as utility). Already have a cold water feed there and also the boiler is housed out there. The main drain runs underneath the garage floor. Is this a major job and any ball park figures on prices ? Would i also be able to run my washing waste into toilet waste

Would a plumber want this type of job ?, as i am guessing it would involve digging down through the concrete floor and connecting the waste to the main drain.
