using insulated plasterboard in a house, 25mm insulation on 12.5mm boards.

siniat advise you can dot and dab this but a mate who stopped plastering 5 years ago says not to.

anyone dot and dabbed this stuff- did it work ok?

also i've used metal frame before where the floor is concrete and can be screwing in to this, but are you ok using metal frames where the track is screwed to a suspended floor- surely the slight spring in this or movement could cause the finish to crack.

any advice appreciated.

cheers

You're fine to dot and dab it if you use the Siniat Universal Bonding Compound. The "universal" bit means it sticks all types of boards. Other bonding compounds tend not to stick so well to thermal boards though.
