Insulate between joist son first floor?

Hi have a 1930 semi, is it worth insulating between the joists as I have the bathroom floor up? It's on the first floor, or would I just be wasting my money doing it? It's going to have green board, then ply and then floor on top,

Mine has 100mm rockwool , required during refurb so would not hurt.
