Insulating a Dunsley Type R Neutralyser

And a way which using a pump would consume energy as well as constantly short cycle on the stat due to low output from Aga.

Think you've had your pants pulled down

I agree with Bigburner.
I would have had the usual venting arrangements as per MI's but used a pumped circuit direct to the thermal store. Regulate the flow and no cycling.
A check valve fitted as recommended by Dunsley taking care off back circulation.
The pumped circuit being an accelerator circuit using an injector tee which will still allow gravity flow too the store or use a termovar/termobac set up with a quench plate heat exchanger in the gravity circuit. So no problems when power/pump/control failure occurs and no wasted heat lost too heat leak radiators and perfect thermal layering into the store maintaining stratification via the termovar and the low flow rate.

Sense at last on this thread.

But very different from your trashing of the Dunsley and suggesting
The f/return pipes could even be in 15mm as the Aga doesn't generate that much heat.

No need for the Dunsley at all.

gods teeth you are so sad.

do you ever give up?

everyone thinks of you as being a cyber joke, everyone including the mods know you are drivel, tell us how many times have you been banned from this site?
even this gordonspants is you.
strangely some of the points you make are very relevant, but you choose to be such an obnoxious stool that you end up winding everyone up,
no doubt you will reply with some witty retort, allthough i doubt it.
one things for certain, you wont get the message and you wont learn.
