Insulating above garage to bedroom.

Un-insulated garage ceiling to bedroom. Currently cement boards on garage ceiling to joists and bedroom floorboards on top of joists. I am going to infill with loft insulation. I have spare weed control membrane that would be permeable and also 4mm bubble foil that is not but would be a radiant reflector/air tight. If I put the foil under the joists (holding up the insulation when fitting) would this cause condensation trouble on the bottom of the joists?
