Hi i have an extension on the side of my house with bonding on the walls and plaster skim and a t&g cieling the roof is a flat roof there is no insulation in the roof i want to rip the t&g down n put insulation and plaster the cieling is this ok and can i just dot and dab the walls to make it warm in the winter

Are you sure the TNG is not the roof deck? Is there insulation above already ie warm roof construction? If not You need to ventilate under the deck and insulate below that then your plasterboard.
