insulating an integral garage roof

Can any one help,the bedroom above the single garage is all ways cold. Is there any good insulation products out there to put between the joists to keep the warmth in.?
and the rough cost of this?

You cannot beat Kingspan. Not cheap but very good. It comes in various thicknesses and you just cut it to fit straight in between the joists.
