Hi

Just a quick question, whats best to use around the perimeter of the slab?

I got 100mm kingspan under slab and ask Trvis perkins for some perimeter insulation and they delivered:
FILLCRETE EXPANSION JOINT FILLABOARD STRIP 12X100X2440

I thought fillaboard was only for expansion joints, is it OK as an insulation around the perimeter?

Are you trying to insulate external or internal (abutting) edges?

Thanks for that grahama, I knew fillaboard was wrong, would have been easy though.

pinenot. its internal to stop bridging between slab and inner leaf.

last time we used 25mm polystyrene, I was not sure what the latest requirement was.

25mm kingspan it is then.
