Insulating pitch

Just built a dual pitch roof. Used breather membrane.

Is it okay to fill the pitch void with 200mm rockwool then fit a 50mm celotex board over also followed by plasterboard.

Or will this create condensation issues?

Rest of the roof (sloping) has 100mm celotex between the rafters & 50 over.

I can't fit this into the pitch because of the steel beam & cross rafters.

No should be fine I assume you mean the void at the top where you have a bit of flat ceiling
