Insulation and lighting circuit..

Hi all,

Topping up the insulation in my loft from 100mm to 270mm,managed to get 90% of the ring circuits,cooker etc on top of the new insulation but struggling with the lighting circuits there's not a lot of free length on these.

Is it alright to leave these underneath the insulation?

1.5mm, 5 amp fuse and most of the lights are low energy. Should be alright then.
