Hi,

the plasterboard in my house was put up using the dot dab method and i was wandering if its possible for me to insulate the outside walls somehow. I was thinking of any injection type insulation that would work for this, like some sort of spray on insulation which i could use by drilling a few entry holes in the plasterboard. Defo dont want to take it all down and batton fix it with insulation.

Thanks for any ideas.
