Insulation between floors

I was hoping someone could advise on what I should do for insulation between floors. This is a suspended timber floor, both sides of the floor are heated space, and we have underfloor heating attached to the underside of the floor boards.

Please can someone enlighten me as to what the regulations are here, and also, what would people recommend doing.

Obviously we want to insulate for sound, and also encourage the heat from the UFH upwards.
