Insulation between garage ceiling and bedroom

Before I plasterboard the ceiling in my garage I need to put some insulation in, there's a bedroom above.
What would you recomend?
I was intending to stuff the voids between the joists with rockwool type insulation and then a 1" layer of kingspan prior to putting on the pink plasterboard.

Any other suggestions?

you can either use exclusively fibreglass between (270mm deep).

exclusively rigid foam board between(125mm deep)

...or a combination of the two i.e. 150mm fibreglass between with 40mm celotex underdraw.

I used 150mm Rockwool Flexi in my garage. Have a look on their site, they also have a download for you to do your U Value calculations to make sure you have the correct depth.
