Hi guy's,

Hopefully someone can provide some assistance.

Moved in to property which has a intervals HRE 36/40 installed and having an issue with the boiler.

It seems to be constantly seeing DHW demand.

Cycles from 1,4,3,6 (temp reached, ignite, vent, DWH)
Won't switch from this into CH mode unless cold feed is shut.

Flow turbine was swapped and still get the same.

No errors on LCD

Question is regarding the flow sensor (turbine), which I'm guessing is a hall effect sensor?1%

What voltages should I be seeing?

If it stops doing it when the cold water inlet is closed, it's not a boiler issue. You have a dripping tap or a leak.

The casing on these boilers forms the safety room seal and should only be removed and refitted by Gas Safe Registered engineers who can carry out the 26.9 checks on completion.

They also have a technical bulletin out on them requiring the burner door seal to be upgraded. Check that yours has had this done, and if it hasn't been done then make sure it's done ASAP.
