Internal door in cavity wall

Hi all, following some planned work the cavity wall that currently has our upvc front door in it will become an internal wall. Ideally the wife wants to fit a standard glazed internal door in place of the upvc door, is this possible in a 300mm cavity wall and what type of door casing would we need?
