Internal soil pipe

Hey Guys,

I have an internal soil pipe from an upstairs loo boxed off in what I want to be a new dining room. I want to open up the dining room too and put an extension on but the soil pipe would sit right bang in the middle.

Is it an easy enough job for a plumber to take out the internal soil and put one on the exterior of the house?

Easy enough yes, costly yes. You need to consider where this soil pipe connects to on the drains/sewer, once you’ve established where this is to be, then it should be fairly easy.
