Internet Problem

VDSL2 stopped working this week. Used to work fine.

isp say its not them, tried new router but no luck (wired and wifi network works internally on both routers but no onward connection to the internet.) Router config page says DSL disconnected. All settings are correct. Its not the router(s).

I get a dial tone on the landline phone so that appears ok?

Any ideas?

has the ISP ran any diagnostics on the line? they should be able to measure the length.
