Hi looking for recommendations for chrome downlights for a bathroom in a bungalow if it makes any difference?
Thanks

Why would you need 4 downlights in a bathroom?
Downlights cast shadows "downwards".

Lights above and beside "mirrors" cast a much more "pleasing" foreword light- especially pleasing for females.

I have 4 downlights in my bathroom and it is plenty bright enough.
@RobTi IP44 would be fine. You don’t need IP65.
If the ceiling is a fire barrier (usual if her place is a flat) then you must fit fire-rated downlights if you are making holes in the ceiling.
There are many choices, and prices! Look at Screwfix etc, or Google.
How bright the lights are will depend on ceiling height and size of the room.

. Some downlights are integrated (all in one) so you have to change the whole thing if it fails. Get GU10 downlights then it’s only a bulb change.
