hi. getting high readings from P-E (>1000) but P-N and E-N both are reading around 0.18 meg ohms. testing by clipping on neutral and earth bars in CU. Am i doing something wrong?

had similar today, it was a plugged in trailing "surge divertor" multi socket thingy that was doing it...
unplugged it and got 4M ohms to earth.
could it be this?
