I don't get why we are all happy as Larry that countries like Russia and NK have nuclear weapons, then freak out that Iran do.

Interesting slant on things, highly unlikely but none the less interesting. It's distraction. Nothing much will come of Israel-Iran, but by the time it is finished, Gaza will be gone.

Nobody is really happy as Larry. Once a country has them you cannot do anything about it. Iran is in its infancy developing a nuclear program, it needs stopping before it is too late and they become another "nothing you can do about it".I don't get why we are all happy as Larry that countries like Russia and NK have nuclear weapons, then freak out that Iran do.
That logic doesn’t work, if they can get him in 48 hours they could stop him leaving nowRumour has it that the Ayatollah has already fled Iran and is en route to Moscow. It is just that though, a rumour.
Regardless, if he hasn't fled, he'll be dead within 48 hours.

Regime change is a goal for Isreal but there is uncertainty about what would kind of civil unrest or even war would arise from such a power vacuum,

Israel are doing what the Americans have wanted to do for yearsIt's not just a goal for Israel, it's a goal for half the Arab world and most of western civilisation. Let's be optimistic about what follows, it can't be worse than the Ayatollahs.

A lot of missiles require someone pointing a laser at a specific target on the ground to be as accurate as possible. Once those precision strikes occurred it was obvious that there was the IDF already there. Those missile launchers that Iran uses are constantly moving, only ground troops could have guided the missiles onto Irans air defences allowing Israel to gain complete freedom to fly around Tehrans air space and bomb wherever they wanted.I read a fascinating article today about how the attacks took place and how completely Mossad etc. had infiltrated Iran's military. I think it was in the New York Times. One part was that they disabled Iran's air defences and also wiped out most of Iran's ability to launch ballistic missiles against Israel.
