Yeah, I know that and I’m not a fan of Trump but I do think that countries like Iran should not be allowed to get near to possessing a nuclear weapon mainly because they don't give a fùck about dying in a retaliatory strike so a nuclear deterrent is of no use to any country they are enemies with.

I'm not sure how us getting involved would have helped. It's all too complex to get a handle on. Anyway, the world is changing. Our ally is abandoning us in Ukraine.

Us getting involved wouldn't have made any difference to the outcome. However the bigger picture is that we refused an involvement when asked by our ally to support. We will still be vulnerable to terrorist strikes from Iran regardless, we should have given Trump our support. I can see how this will look when we ask for support, he will tell us to do one. Not a great position to be in.

It's probably good that Iran is less likely to be able to develop further right now.

I wonder how long it'll take them to get a 747-400 transport plane, payload over 100 tonnes of explosive, crashed into Manhattan. Or similar.

True but I cannot see it, those bunkers were deeper than what the bunker buster bombs could reach. The intel on those was they were in a mountain and a lot deeper than a single bomb could reach. It would have taken 3 or 4 to reach them and that would be precision bombing that wouldn't be possible in one night.
