Is 56 too old to start roller blading?

Yes.. (unless you live in sunny California and can afford plastic surgery to make you look about 26) :wink: :wink: :wink:

Go For It. There's evidence that starting exercise at 50 is just as good for your lifespan as starting exercise in your 30s.

But remember when you fall over, and you will, you are more likely to snap than a 30 year old. And keep off the bloody pavements while you are learning. Pavements are for pedestrians without wheels. Get on the road and practice there.
 
56 too old for skating? You might not think so but be assured your ar$e will :cry:
 
i play golf with a chap whos i would say is older then that and he runs a skate/blade school. :lol:
 
Go for it! You're never too old to learn and your grandkids will love having a fun grand dad!
