Is a Vaillant TURBOmax 24(8)2/1 E fully modulating?

Hello,

I have a Valliant TURBOmax 242/1 E (or it could be a 282, the little instruction book doesn't make it clear!).

Simple question - is this a fully modulating boiler? I understand this determines how the gas flow is controlled and can affect what showers can be used.
